FREDIN: The bodies were found behind the barn according to both local resources reporting on this story. The family's home was in Fannin County and their bodies were found in Grayson County. It is only about 25 miles from the family's home in Fannin County.

The report on the news tonight is all three were shot.

The sister who is still alive and others who knew the family and the 52 y/o son are pretty upset Fannin County law enforcement officials are not looking at another person who has been in a very nasty custody battle that the 48 y/o daughter was due to testify in court TODAY! She was due to testify against this person. They just do not believe the brother did this. Plus, the brother is the one who called a neighbor asking they check on his family because he could not reach any of them by phone. This is how they discovered they were missing and evidence at the house indicated foul play.

I hope Fannin County law enforcement will not be lazy and just pin it on the brother because it is convenient. They need to follow the leads on this other person who had a vested interest in the sister not being able to testify against him.

The brother waived extradition and Texas Rangers will be picking him up in Louisiana and bringing him back to Fannin County.
